Any tips for being authentic in the application process, what level of informality are firms expecting? I'm very used to being formal in my application but this firm I'm applying to has sort of stated that they prefer you to show lots of your personality in the application.

When did you hear back? I haven’t heard anything and I did the assessment in October I believe.

I think that means you passed their test!

I did my test on the 12th and got my PFO on the 13th (weekend) - seemed to be an auto rejection for not meeting the benchmark.

@Jessica Booker Hi Jessica！Most of the firms prefer a strong 2.1 . I achieved around 65% across most of the modules with mitigating circumstance. How does firms consider these conditions？
