Hi! No, they don’t but the Graduate Recruitment team is usually in the room when you read the case study documents so you can’t really look at your phone
I’m not sure if it’s forbidden because they don’t mention it but they always say that everything you need to know is in the documents + you don’t really have time because you usually have 15/20 mins to read A LOT of docs. There is no need for you to use your phone but you’ll have it with you at all times!

They don’t take them away but they don’t expect you to use them at the same time.

I think as long as you connect it with examples of why that resonate with you it’s okay. Realistically, a lot of answers to this question are going to have similar points, so it’s up to you to personalise them.

Yes this is true. It’s why I went ballistic when I passed the WG for CC recently!

Given the circumstances it’s a huge impediment in the application process, so you’ll really have to nail it!

Also, at an event I went to at CC, the graduate recruitment women there implied that their WG does cut out a lot of people, so I imagine it has a pretty high benchmark

I don’t think you need subheadings. You can just tackle the three areas in different paragraphs.

For Sullivan & Cromwell's cover letter how long should it ideally be. I have not found much guidance online but mine is around 1 and a quarter pages long. Is this too long or is it fine?

You don't really need to prepare, just relax and be polite to the other people on the AC and the partner, good luck x
