Hi! Can I ask how long have you waited for to hear back post SJT?

I did the SJT on December 1st, and got the second test to do on December 3rd and the same day I was offered the interview.

Someone else who got an interview was told they would hear back in the third week of January. I also interviewed pre-Christmas, and they told me I'd hear within 7 days (which, needless to say, didn't happen 😭 ), so I am just assuming based on what the other person was told

Hey guys,
For those still messaging me about Clyde and co virtual interview for insights:

- 6 questions. 1 min prep. 2 min answe.
- prepare for situational questions, and motivational.
- case studies/materials that you can look over for as long as you want. Questions relate to these, but detail is not expected.

I'm not going to reveal specific questions/ trade questions for those of other applications etc, as that puts those who took the VI earlier (inc me for this, and others if I trade for other info) at a competitive disadvantage - especially as these are suitability assessments. Hope this helps.

yeap - It was tough, but considering they are @Milbank, it didn't surprise me. But, we never know how we did until receiving the most commoditised answer, "we regret to inform"...

hey i got work ethic as my weakness and i got the vi like 1hr after i finished the test! so don't worry

and ur strengths seem better than mine were so i wouldnt be concerned if i were you!
