is there any disadvantage to doing one of the later AC dates for a summer scheme? I was offered one next month and had to request to be moved to the one in March (which the firm agreed to) as I had my final exams during the same dates as the initial AC I was offered. Is there less chance of receiving an offer later on if people have already secured offers by then?

Any news from Mayer Brown post-AC?

They’ve only just done the second week and said they need to coordinate a lot of people to make decisions so it could take till mid-February. They did suggest letting them know if you time pressured offers from other firms.

Not heard back from AG Manchester post-test and DLA Manchester post-WG. Should I just move on and assume PFO?

All but one firm I've spoken to have explicitly said they prefer work experience be given in prose, so you're most likely doing it correctly.

Some firms don't have any application questions, they say they check our written communication skills from the work experience section.

Grad rec said that they send invites for the AI chatbot interview in batches and also the SJT. I am assuming they are sending AC invites in batches too. Or we can hope thats the case

They have a couple more ACs upcoming in February so they'll probably send all invitees at once! If you feel like you did okay in the Watson Glaser, you'll probably be invited don't worry x

So I stopped vaping 24 hours ago cos I’m sick of depending on flavoured battery powered air and now my anxiety for everything is through the roof, especially since firms are not getting back to me! Well, I did get Farrer PFO post app for VS yesterday, but managed to get to first stage interview last cycle for DTC

If I start spamming then pls turn a blind eye, I’m going through it atm
