I did a case study interview and in the feedback I was told that I was “too analytical.” How can I improve? And generally, what are case study interviews looking for? I thought analysis was a good thing![]()

The only thing I can think of is that maybe they were expecting a bit more debate? I’m not sure thoughHonestly I feel like sometimes you should take feedback like that with a pinch of salt because I’m not sure what else they were expecting from you…
Maybe they also wanted a broader overview of your analysis or more focus on macroeconomic trends (if you didn’t already do this ofc)?
