As there have been a few changes since my last post for the league tables here’s an update:​

1st place: Freshfields (49 days) RECORD HOLDER
2nd place: Sidley (48 days) CATCHING UP??!!
3rd place: Milbank (38 days) RUNNER UP??!!

4th place: Travers Smith (37 days) [PFO post app]
5th place: Covington (30 days) [PFO post app]
6th place: Ropes & Gray (27 days) [AC invite]
7th place: Orrick (14 days) [NEW ENTRY]

I wonder whose gna win the race between Sidley and Freshfields, almost at 50 days for both…

Then again, Orrick could easily catch up if they’re gna ghost me until the end of the year lmao.

I’m sure there are other firms I applied to which would probs rank high but I didn’t track them…​

But there are people who heard back re Summer VS offers last Friday for P,W.

If you are offered a TC, how long do you have before you have to accept the offer?

Depends on the firm, but from my research, usually it is 2 weeks.

But then some firms might be open to giving an extension if you have another scheme etc. but really it is firm dependent. Some MC firms might give you until the end of summer etc. Some US firms require your reply within 1 week. There's no standard answer across the industry.

I applied for SPARK and my application is "Archived". The e-mail states they will come back with an outcome before or on the 5th of March. Could it mean I am already rejected?
