I've seen some people have still heard nothing from Travers after some interviews and PFOs have already been sent out. I'm currently in this boat too - is it worth an email to grad rec? Not sure what is standard as this is my first cycle.

does anyone know what the benchmark is for an amberjack assessment?

It can vary by firm and if I’m not mistaken diff firms may have their own preferences for different pillars. I’ve heard of some friends getting through with a 21 because they did well in the VI aspect.
