Thanks a lot for the reply Abbie, that's really helpful! And thanks also for your kind wordsHey!
Congratulations on the VS offer!!
In general, I don't think it makes any meaningful difference to your chances whether you attend the first or second scheme week. The firm will have the same criteria, structure, and standards across all of the cohorts, and the graduate recruitment team are aware that availability varies.
I'm conscious that some people worry that the earlier week has an advantage because it is first, or the later week will have less TC spaces, but in practice firm's don't operate on a strict first-come-first-served basis fro training contracts. They'll usually review candidates across both the schemes before making final decisions, so you aren't disadvantaged by attending one week over the other. Plenty of firms won't have a set amount of TCs to hand out either, and will often make offers to any candidates that meet their benchmark.
What matters far more is your performance on the scheme itself - for example, how you engage with the firm, the quality of your work, and how you interact with your team. Therefore, I would choose the week that works the best for you and where you will be able to perform at your best.
Wishing you (+ all those that received SPB offers today) the best of luck - I'm sure you will smash it!!![]()

Adaptability, personal responsibility and work ethic as strengths, credibility as weaknessanyone who has progressed past w&c sjt - would be super greatful if you could share the strengths/weakenesses you got!!
Congrats !! Can I ask when you did the TI and for which office?Has anyone done the Blake Morgan assessment centre and is willing to share their experience with me? I have recently done the NRF AC in December and have done the HSFK AC two years ago. Happy to share those experiences with you.
I failed to convert my Macfarlanes AC for VS and was invited back to AC for DTC with Macfarlanes the following cycle.has anyone failed an AC and still progressed to that stage with a firm the next app cycle? j trying to figure out if that is something that usually happens or nto

Was the scheme supposed to be in july or may? Either way, given my luck this cycle, I'm expecting one last pfo to sign off with.I got rejected on the 22nd of April last year.
I haven’t heard anything either since I submitted the assessment.I was told the 10th but heard nothing either (mine was Exeter)
I think quite a few of us were told we would hear back on the 10th but have not heard back yet. I am starting to worry a bit now because if I am not wrong their first AC was yesterday and I think they just have another one on 23rd or somethingHas anyone heard from Browne Jacobson post TI for Regional offices?
