I’ve applied to W&C’s summer vacation scheme but wouldn’t be able to attend the dates anyway. I haven’t heard back yet - would it be fine to rescind my application and apply to the direct tc instead (would it have any impact on my tc applicarion?)

They are relatively quick - some people have gotten invites on the same day or day after. However, I wouldn't be too worried if its been a bit longer as Ive heard of people having to wait 3-4 days as well :)
@axelbeugre Do you have any advice for group exercises and what type of tasks they may consist of? Additionally, if you have already done a competency/motivation heavy interview in a previous stage, is it likely that the ac interview will be more technical?

I think I got sent it around 3-4 days before. It didn’t really tell you anything new though. Basically just said you can’t prepare for the written exercise and mentioned how you should really get to know the firms values and why u want to work there/be a trainee.
I applied in October and got given an interview in November. But the interview was scheduled for the 7th of Feb (which was the earliest slot), since the interviews are still going/potentially haven't started yet you should be fine.
