I have. Pre-AC rej from VS at X. Completed another VS over Winter. Applied again for Direct TC at X within same application cycle and was successful. So for me the difference in my two apps was a completed VS.- amzey2

It’s rather uncommon but can happen. Moving from rather closely related practices might of course be easier.
