I actually found this quite tricky but I talked along the lines of: Competitors merging/acquiring other firms creating stronger competition in a particular sector (perhaps). Recruiting talent i.e. trainees or lateral hires in terms work offered and remuneration. IT infrastructure/tech offering...- Choobz A.

Vacation schemes will take place on the following dates: Yeah there was the option of Spring - it was on the application section. Spring: 14-24 April 2020 (first day of the scheme is a Tuesday due to Easter bank holiday) Summer: 8-19 June 2020 22 June 2020- 3 July 2020- Choobz A.
