I actually found this quite tricky but I talked along the lines of: Competitors merging/acquiring other firms creating stronger competition in a particular sector (perhaps). Recruiting talent i.e. trainees or lateral hires in terms work offered and remuneration. IT infrastructure/tech offering...- Choobz A.
