I’m pretty sure Vantage says to include open days, insight events, etc., in the work experience section, so it would be unfair for firms (that use Vantage) to look down on any applicant for doing this when the application form suggests it. Other platforms don’t mention whether or not to do this...

Nopeee, I didn't mention anything specific because I felt like it was only really asking why the experience was valuable/how they represent you as a person and going into firm specifics might be overkill.
