I had the same clause in my employment contract for my previous paralegal role. So I contacted HR and asked whether I needed to disclose a vacation scheme. And they surprisingly said no! I guess this varies between companies/law firms but it's best to ask them about the policy before booking...- eleven14og

I'm back y'all!! Had my TW AC yesterday and it was really intense. My brain went completely blank for the case study interview so I pretty much lost hope from the start of the AC.
