Hi all. I’ve done the online application and three psychometric tests a while back but nothing since. Was there another stage because I can see people talking about a written exercise? I assume this potentially means a rejection but just wanted to see where others are at.- FCL25

for those who have completed the 3 online psychometric tests, how did you find it? I don’t think I did as well as I could have because of how fast some of the questions flew by. Also, does anyone know how much weight these tests hold when reviewing our applications?- FCL25
