This looks to me like simply bad word choice on the part of the company. I would definitely interpret this as "someone who's English fluency level is on par with an English native" rather than they are looking for a native English person.

There are 3 questions, you get 30 seconds to prepare and 1.5 minutes time to answer. You can then re record your answers once for each question if you want to.

@Jessica Booker I have a question as to what you said above about listing all individual modules. I find that if I list them all then it ends up taking a substantial part of my CV (I've done around 20 courses in university now) which leaves me with very little space to talk about other things...
Because I am still in my penultimate year it is unlikely I would be allowed (as I am technically non-law) until my final year. I emailed grad rec but didn't receive a reply so I'm just gonna go ahead and apply to the insight day which at least I know I will be 100% eligible for.
