I’ve done the VI for WBD - they’re very much a firm that is based around you as a person, so the questions tended to be more about YOU rather than ‘name a time when...’ competency based questions. They give you 30 seconds to prepare your answer and 1 min 30 to answer so that’s pretty standard...- Jordon
