How hard is it to pass the LPC?
I work full time too and end up spending most nights trying to do the notes but come the morning or when I come back to it I cannot remember a single thing. I think alot of it is me overthinking as its open book but for the large part nothing really seems to stick with me on the LPC as it did...- JYP

You can say that again :D Its funny as you know this is the first time I have heard that you were supposed to have a supervisor for the LL.M addition. I have not even been given approval of my essay title and the submission is 4 weeks away. The LLM is the least of my worries as quite frankly...- JYP

How hard is it to pass the LPC?
I started the LPC in January and everything has been moved online and with living in remote area the wifi is not great and most times the live lectures lag by 10seconds meaning I can barely understand what is being said. It is really difficult to self-teach everything and quite frankly ULaw...- JYP

Who are our competitors?
Is it just me or is this question rather forced? I recently had a interview and the partner asked me who I believed their competitors are (I was quite puzzled as I have no idea how I am even supposed to research this) and it resulted in an awkward silence for a few seconds and then I replied...- JYP

Hearing back from Squire post AC?
I rang them this morning however they said they will forward my message to the relevant person and they would get back to me "whenever they have time." I can understand firms not wanting to be understaffed if people reject, however, considering the scheme starts next week it seems very short...- JYP

Hearing back from Squire post AC?
Is it common practice for law firms to reply either way following an assessment centre? It seems strange for them to leave applicants completely in the dark without any sort of response. I am beggining to think they just dont get back to you if you were not picked. Strange as the AC only has 4...- JYP

Hi Jessica, AC was a week tomorrow. The lady at GR after the AC mentioned that she would hope to get back to us by "early next week." It was a fairly small AC and there was only 2 ACs altogether (both on the same day) I am wondering whether it is common practice for every office to confirm...- JYP
