Links PFO too. I did the WG without any prep (my first in 2 years) and got 30th percentile 😆 but my SJT report seemed positive. I knew when I saw the WG result that I wasn’t progressing lol- legallady123

There were 14 us and only 4 converted. Regional office though! The London VS had way more vac schemers and TC offers, but I’m not sure exactly how many converted.- legallady123

I completed a VS at Clydes 3 years ago and there was one graduate / career changer who was a fair bit older, the rest were current students. Not sure if it has changed since then! The graduate was one of the few who did receive a tc though- legallady123

Yeah, I do see both sides 😕 I think honestly there is a huge element of luck when it gets to VS interview /AC stage. Most /all candidates are probably very impressive with similar grades, experience, soft skills, etc. It probably just depends on whether the firm give out more vac places than...- legallady123
