I do remember him telling me though that there weren't that many people in his AC and the AC was only a half-a-day session. I assume they do several small ACs?
My friend has actually done his AC and got offered a place for VS last Thursday. Some people I know still haven't heard back from DLA. It's a strange one.
What I meant is these skills can be more fairly judged at a later stage, for instance, at the AC. I believe recruiters can easily assess candidates' emotional intelligence through their answers to interview questions and how they interact with others without having to test it separately.
I agree with you, there are certain tests that don't accurately reflect the skills they say they assess.
