I would do the LPC. You could do it as LLM and get a government loan and although it is a demanding course it is possible to do it alongside a part-time job. AvniD, love your response to this thread. Hrb_pg, I see what you mean regarding recording. It is an easier experience, yes. However the standard is a bit higher in the sense that we submit on average more polished submissions... as we all record them several times until pressing send! So, the...- M&A

The standard is not lower at BPP I don't think. In fact I have a close friend who gave wrong legal advice in the I&A assessment at Ulaw (was prompted by the actor "are you sure?") And still passed. The skills are on a competent (50 or above)/non competent basis, and what you have to do to get...- M&A

If LPC, I'm sure you passed if you addressed the issues and covered your basics, which you did. I wouldn't be able to say for BPTC other than the standard is much higher there.- M&A

Hi @Jane Smith Can your sons see their timetable in their outlook calendars or somewhere else in the Hub? I cannot see mine in neither. Well, I find @Jane Smith 's updates v helpful as we don't get an email when an announcement has been posted in the vortex of the Hub. I log onto TCLA far more often than I do the announcement board and tend to get the updates from Jane!!! So thank you @Jane Smith !!- M&A

Hi, I'm far more inexperienced than you, as I'm just a "future trainee". However, I'm a career changer (mid thirties) and my comment is concerning the worklife balance and life style choices in general In my view the attrition rate in US firms is so large as to make the move completely...- M&A
