Really? In mine there was quite a lot of small talk 😭 and we all managed to get atleast two questions in for the trainees by taking turns. I even had the chance of a third but that was for Aaron. The micro assessments is everyone’s worry. Let’s not forget that this is for a trainee role guys!! If we were perfect we won’t need to train. I guess they’re looking for the barest minimum and not perfection. So as long as you tried your best. It should be okay. Fingers crossed for all of us...- Oroma
