SullCrom does take grads though, I applied as a postgrad (was rejected, but they had sent me their 'maybe pile' email and let me know the outcome the day after apps closed). I think there are some firms that don't let you apply in the same cycle for a Direct TC if you have been rejected for a VS...- RS31

I did the AC for the Winter VS and was successful, and it was really enjoyable. I know that sounds strange to say for an AC, but it really was! Pay attention to detail for the technical interview to make sure you don't miss anything. Prepare your usual commercial law areas (M&A, contracts etc)...- RS31

Does anyone know if Sullivan & Cromwell is rolling? I can't make out from their UK recruitment page. Also, if firms are rolling (deadlines in the first week of Jan), is it ok to sent in my applications in the coming days? Or is it weird to be applying on Boxing day xD- RS31
