Future trainee paralegal - post LPC?

Hi,

I've received an offer for paralegal work to fill the time between my LPC (completes on June 7) and my August 2024 TC start date.

Do I need to raise this as a conflicts of interest issue with the firm my TC is at?

It shouldn’t as your employment will finish before your TC starts.

You’ll probably have to disclose what you have worked on at your paralegal firm to make sure there are no conflicts with what you have worked on previously with what you could do at your TC firm.

But you wouldn’t have to disclose that until just before you start your TC.
