(Where) should I mention citizenship?

I have a foreign name and grew up outside the UK, so I'm worried they will assume I am not a British citizen (which I am). I usually put it on my CV, but some applications don't require a CV or have any right-to-work questions. Where would be a good place to mention nationality (if at all)?

There is often a section that asks whether you will require a visa. All applications I've personally made also ask about your education background, work experience, etc. It'll be easy to deduce from there. You also do not have to be worried about having a foreign name.
