Non-legal volunteer work

Hey all,

I know it is encouraged to include legal voluntary work in the work experience section, but could you mention non-legal voluntary work (i.e. helping in a charity or fundraising) or would you advise against it?

Hmmm I think it is relevant for both extra curricular and the work experience section. Personally, I would keep it in the extra curricular section...

I am using my volunteer work as extra curricular (to bolster my positions of responsibility), but if you already have lots of these then you could put it in work experience instead
