Telephone or virtual interview (think zoom) they scrapped pre recorded interviews

It was a VI last year but they have now changed it to a short telephone interview (10-15 minutes) that assesses your motivation and alignment to the firm’s values

I sent an email asking for it, but never got a reply... sent it oct 10... Although last year they sent it the next day so they might've change policies...

Does anyone know if OC give you scores/feedback for their test or if you have to wait until the deadline?

I never received mine after taking the test; but the second part of it, the deductive part, is criminal... I really don't see how that's going to help them get to know us more...

I don't think they issue a report - the second part was really tough based on the time limit. I'm so glad I did the practice test, but still didn't finish all the questions.

Is it allowed? I thought only one app per cycle is allowed for the Vac Scheme, whilst the OD can be multiple.
