Hi, how long after completing the first online test (that is automatic), did it take for you to receive the invite to the job sim?

Hi, does anyone who completed the Macfarlanes second online assessment have any advice at all about it? I'm so confused and nervous and would really appreciate anything that could help me mentally prepare a bit more.

I just progressed to the second assessment for Macfarlanes (the job simulation one). If anyone has advice about how to approach that I would be very grateful! I don't know if they just introduced it this year and it confusingly says it is both timed and not timed.

I have just been invited to complete the second assessment as well and was wondering if you'd be able to share some tips on it/what to expect. Are the video responses to SJT questions or are there also some motivational or strengths based questions. I would rly appreciate the help!

I'm just completed it. It's an online trainee simulation, basically a mixture of video response, writing, and SJT. The video responses are timed, but not for anything else. There are also some motivational video questions. I messed up quite a few questions unfortunately so don't think I'll be getting it

I think just remember to review all the resources they give you, don't panic when it's timed, and just absorb and analyse what you can.
