Hey everyone!

I've gotten an AC for Eversheds Sutherland, and would greatly appreciate if anyone has any tips on it!

Also, I've been going over the firm profile again, and it seems that what's extremely attractive about the firm is the culture more so than anything else? In terms of its work capabilities, it's not quite as global as Baker McKenzie, for practice area, its Tier 1 for mid-market M&A in London, but average in everything else. I've been trying to find things that really distinguish the firm - I'm not sure, any suggestions?

From what I remember from their open day last year, they're really proud of their sector expertise, particularly in retail. They also have other projects happening which I can't quite remember - a consultancy arm that they can also offer to clients I believe?

I don't think it's ever recommended to use the culture as the focal point of why you want to work there. Perhaps instead talk about the fact they now have a presence in the US as well as a strong regional UK practice.
