I think they are semi rolling for their vac scheme. This is what I’ve found from their website -
“We’ve made our application process fair but rigorous - we want to see you at your best! Applications are reviewed as they come in, so you might hear back before the deadline. We may also close applications early, so don’t leave it too late.

Take your time to put together a strong application, but if you’re keen, get ahead of the game and beat the rush!”

PS: I finally understood how people reply to several posts all at once

Well, considering they do their assessment centres in Jan and there are 4 days left of Jan and I've heard nothing... I dont have high hopes

When firms are sending out AC offers for VS do they wait for all of those ACs to take place before sending out DTC ACs? Ie when hearing back from firms for VS should you expect to wait a few days or closer to a month to hear back regarding DTC?

HL apparently started ACs last week, was catching up with a friend who has one!

The WBD SJT email says it takes 5 minutes to complete?? Does anyone have an insight on this?

I’ve done neurosight before and it’s just choosing between two options. It can be timed or untimed depending on the firm.

Example - I prefer
A working with people
B working alone

Timed somethings because they don’t want you to overthink but it’s as simple as this.

I gave neurosight for vwv (untimed) this year and Fieldfisher (timed) last year

Timed just means 10 seconds to choose an option per ques!

Edit - sometimes there are four options to choose from as well but it’s as short as the above sample.
