That’s what I thought. Apparently you can request off law firm tho. Would not recommend at all gotta be a massive red flag lmao and grad rec will hate you. puts the firm at risk of discrimination claim also.

I think it’s only under GDPR and the DPA that you can make subject access requests to private bodies. But yeah I personally wouldn’t bother lol

just got firm feedback after an unsuccessful AC and found out I was 99th percentile WG (O>O) maybe I wont avoid doing firms with a WG next year hahaha

Yeah they did say that but the last AC would have been a Friday (so hearing on the 13th). I think it's more likely we'll hear back on the week of the 16th as they said that both in the phone call and AC I went to.

Ah! Shame. Would have been so nice to hear next week.

Congratulations on the VI! Different firm but I’ve definitely repeated my application answer when asked that and just sounded more enthusiastic and expanded on it. Can I ask when you got the invite please… I’m still waiting and applied 3 days before deadline. Thanks v much.

Hi @SueD --I submitted the application a couple days before the deadline and got a VI (London) invite Wednesday (first VI and nervous)! Thanks for the tips!
