I dont think this is a fair response. The user didn't mention the word discrimination once, so how did you come to that conclusion lol? Being concerned over how employers may view your ADHD while navigating a job market is a valid concern to haveI wouldn’t try making a generalisation based on this. Given how competitive the process is, insinuating discrimination based on disability is ridiculous lol everyone who applies meets the requirements and inevitably the vast majority gets rejected.
