You don’t necessarily have to disclose anything but spaces like this are there for candidates to draw attention to achievements or things they wish to tell the firm in support of their application. Maybe some things you’ve done aren’t best placed in work experience or the application responses, so it just gives candidates that opportunity to include extra details. Try not to overthink or worry about this section

just to note, further information sections are often distinct from mitigating circumstances sections. Just wanting to clarify this in context of what I’ve said above

It generally depends on the form, but typically I'd include information that you feel the application questions haven't asked you already. For example, some firms may not have asked about you and your experiences, so I would use this section to sell 'why you?'.
