Does the law of agency safeguard the rights of third parties where the agent acts for an undisclosed principal?
I think Sotia is referring to the authority an agent has to bind their principal to a contract with a third party. The authority for a director to bind their company to a transaction may be implied from their position as director in that company, for example.
