For the last part of this question: "tell us about your experience of teamwork and the impact you have had on these teams, whether from your work, studies or other roles and responsibilities. Include how you have balanced your various commitments"

"include how you have balanced your various commitments" - does that mean how you have balanced your various commitments within that team, or outside the team (as in, general time management)?

I think it is outside the team. For example as a student or working professional how you had to juggle multiple roles at the same time focus on the teamwork. Hope this helps.
