Seconded! Don’t worry about what others have done, since this was 7 days after the 4th December deadline, I would imagine they’ve been inundated with applications and tests all at the same time. Also refresh your junk folder in case it’s been sent there!

Can someone explain to me why this isn't false? My reasoning was that since it explicitly says that it is not clear how much money broadcasters will make from upgrading, it is false that broadcasters choose to upgrade to make more money simply because they don't know how much money they'll make...
