    can be between 5-15 days depending on how busy their grad rec is - i asked similar question and got that response do not worry if you receive no response in 3 days - the application window shuts on the 20th so the amount of applications will be steadily ticking up over the week

    Bit of an ask but would be cool to know (with vac schemes) what the % of conversion is. e.g. bakers take offer everyone from the VS a TC, other firms have fewer TC places and use the bigger VS to decide who to give an offer to.

    Hi Gemma, If I make it to the VI stage, I'd like to do it before the 21st (away for xmas) - how long on average does it take to go from submitting the app to knowing if you are through to the next stage or not? Thank you very much
