I don’t think Norton Rose Fulbright is one, they just require a 2.1 (they don’t mention high 2.1 anywhere) and they take mitigating circumstances into account
I’m not sure how much weight is given to each element, but I think the written answers may be more important. I got to the final interview the first time, but got rejected post app this year with the same test scores. So the only difference was my written answers, which I felt were a bit rushed
When I applied for direct tc this March I didn’t redo the test cause it was within a year from my 2023 direct tc app (only by a couple days). But I applied for the winter vs this cycle and had to redo the test, so I think it’s only a year
They changed their process last year and now only recruit through the direct TC (from their website it looks like they’re doing a graduate solicitor apprenticeship route this year too). Future trainees do the CMS academy which used to be their VS
I’m not sure, but the email they sent this week said that they’re still reviewing applications and the process is ongoing. I don’t think they’d say that if they had filled spaces
