Cleary TC is non-rolling, pretty sure BM say they’re rolling but I feel like they aren’t really compared to other rolling firms. Last year most people heard after the deadline, I applied day before deadline and got through to the VI
I’ve had a pfo since then. With Slaughters I honestly think if you haven’t heard back, they haven’t got to your application. They let you know the outcome when they can, so I’d say you shouldn’t give up hope!

When I submitted for spring on Sunday got an email that said online test will be sent by 29th Jan, VI in Feb and ACs will be 20th, 22nd, 27th or 29th of Feb
My top strengths were resilience, ownership and initiative, and I got above average for all the VR sections
The year I failed, it was cause of the SJT, I asked them and they said I passed the VRT - I had one above, one below and 3 average, so the sjt might hold more weight? But I don’t think...
When I failed in the past I got told the next day, before I even got the feedback report. I think if you pass the benchmark then they review it and your application together, but you still might not get through to the next stage
