Not Jessica but it depends on the firm! It might say in their FAQs. E.g. NRF, Linklaters, Hogan Lovells say they expect legal work experience (like a VS or internship), but last year I got to the final interview for Ashurst, and passed application stage for Baker McKenzie and Freshfields direct...
I don’t think there’s much you can do to prep for group exercises, general advice for the day would be to make sure you contribute, but don’t be the only one who speaks, so listen to what other people have to say. If there’s anyone that isn’t speaking much maybe ask if they have anything to add...
I think it depends on the other application questions and if there’s anything you think you haven’t been able to show. E.g. Hogan Lovells don’t ask typical questions like why the firm, why law or your extracurricular activities, so they’ve said you could include any of those there. But that...
They just responded, they’re still reviewing applications and said “If you have not received a rejection, you are still being considered and your application may not have been reviewed yet.”
You can just use a word document, don’t think you need for put your name as it gets uploaded with the rest of your app
