Exam during vacation scheme.
They will be fine, just let them know in advance. I had my graduation ceremony during one of my schemes and the firm was great. It would only be a bit weird if you were leaving the firm to interview at another firm.- Jaysen

I sent this to an applicant who had a very strong application but still got rejected. If it's any consolation I thought I'd share it here: I think it's impossible to pick what it is. Sometimes, recruiters just have a feel for what they like/dislike. They have to reject many strong candidates...- Jaysen
