    Is anyone aware of what the benchmark is for Links WG? Did the test for spring VS the other day and emailed grad rec for my score, turns out im in the 57% percentile but I scored 30/40. Is this too low?

    Milbank stage 2 invitation! Seems selective given the email says ‘your application has been shortlisted for the next stage of the process’. Thought I did awfully at the first test so am quite surprised 😂

    HL do send feedback reports after the tests this cycle as they’ve changed to cappfinity as opposed to WG.     I also did the first on the 12th and my least developed skills were ‘we thrive as a team’ and ‘championing our clients and giving them edge’. For me the critical thinking elements of the Freshfields test and HL first test were pretty much identical so I’m expecting PFOs from both 😢

    Really starting to lose hope about receiving the second HL test 😞 With a lot of firms moving towards SJTs and the Cappfinity model I feel more disheartened than ever given my neurodivergency makes such tests so much harder. Anyone else feeling the same? :(
