Honestly, although I haven't been to an AC yet, I would suggest bin off the other 4 you plan to do (unless they are absolute dream firms).
Because the success rate chance you make it to another AC is probably slim in the grand scheme of things. If you consider how many applications you have...
What are the actual dates for the Spring VS for Clyde & Co? As the website has some discrepancies on dates? (e.g. referring to the current year as 2025)

I've really heavily focused on my main area of interest in my cover letter for TS. Is this bad? Should I discuss all their main practice areas more holistically? Or am I better off lending my word count towards my in-depth research for this one practice area...?
