I think that's still amberjack specific/related, they just expanded the subtraits for each pillar.
Grit: Resilience, hitting your deadlines, completing your work
Creative Force: growth mindset, analysis(I think?) And maybe commercial mindset
Applied intellect: Collaboration and client focused...
I personally think of a VS as part of the recruitment process and also a trial for you to see if X firm is the right fit for me. Otherwise, you won't really know what the firm is like aside from going to open days and engaging with them.

Their GR team is two people so it may take a while. Interviews start in Jan at some point and go all the way through March.

Soooo just looked at my Cooley application emails from last year and I got a holding email on the 8th - same as this year - and a rejection on the 31st as promised.
I'm not sure it means anything special this year. 🫠
Depends on what it is but if it's an email to send to a client asking a number of questions based on documents you are sent:
- Signpost in the intro
- start with the recommendation and then delve into the challenges and your findings
- use headings and be concise but don't cut important...
At one of the open days I went to in October, the people at my table were talking about how they know people who submit fake applications just to get access to the automatic VIs so they prepare for the real application. I was shook, no integrity... at the same event grad rec said different...
