    'Anything' as in no confirmation? They've likely received a bulk of their applications on deadline day and the GR team is only three people so it may be a while. Also it's 3 days before Christmas, so you may not hear back till after Christmas. I wouldn't worry, they are likely slammed.

    My thing is that they were very explicit that the SJT would be selective. If they changed the process they should be transparent and update all applicants. Dunno, say something about the volume of applications and needing to filter more. 🤷‍♂️

    What gets me is that most if not all GR could not go through the same process but they go on about not being too rehearsed. They acknowledge it's an awkward process but could neverrr!!! Same goes for all these tests 🫢🥴

    They were proper SELLING it saying it's to stop people from cheating. At one open day they said it's because people would do VIs and a different person would show up to assessments. Then when i went to the GROW insight day they changed the story and said this happened at a consulting firm...
