Can you apply for Greenberg Traurig if you haven't done your LPC? I noticed that their intake is September 2022 which is cutting it very close for non-LPC students.
...I proceed on the basis that I am a law graduate as opposed to a non law graduate.
For example the 2024 Training Contract application at Greenberg Truarig requires applicants to either be a law graduate or a non-law graduate who has already completed the PGDL. I have reached out to grad...
Has anyone who has been invited to interview with Greenberg Traurig heard back with a specific date yet? I sent a second email after selecting my preferred week to interview with all the required documents and haven't had a response to either. Just wondering if everyone else is in the same boat?
...Once again, excuse me for the banality of my question, but I'm sure you'll understand. The firms in question are:
- Arnold Porter
- Greenberg Traurig
- King & Spalding
- Morrison Foerster
- Feagre Drinker
- Brown Rudnick
- Katten Muchin
- Locke Lord
- McDermott Emery
- O'Melveny
- Winston...
I am pretty sure that MoFo publishes their trainee and NQ salaries - have a look into their recruitment brochure. As far as I remember, first year trainee earns £50K, second year trainee earns £55K, and NQ salary is slightly over $200K.
Has anyone heard anything back from Greenberg Traurig??
Also if anyone has any inside info on their 1st-year trainee/NQ salary I'd be intrigued to know. Seeing as most law firms are so open about salary the fact I haven't seen any mention of it anywhere is making me a bit sceptical...
I have an interview with them next week also - there seems to be very little information provided! I am going to make sure I have the three WHY's noted; any commercial points; as well as general competency questions.
I had a question though, does anyone know why the interviews are split between...
Nope. You need to have done the LPC before you can start at TC with them. I spoke to someone at the firm and they said as long as you have finished your exams before the TC start date you should be eligible. Going to follow up regarding whether you need results before the start date or not and...
I suspect where the LPC isn't a requirement (you could be taking the SQE route), that is why it isn't there. It is highly likely you will need to have passed either the SQE or the LPC before starting the TC, but it is worthwhile contacting the firm to check.
