    Has anyone received a rejection email from Mishcon summer VS following their written application? I know many people have received VI invites, but I am unclear as to whether anyone has been formally rejected. I am tempted to email them given that they said they aimed to respond by mid-february.

    Thank you - it isn't fun at all. It's hard to find the bright side in these things - like, it's good that I'm getting to second rounds, but being rejected is more annoying because I've spent even more time investing in these firms. I know my Mishcon SJT didn't go well but I'm still holding out...

    I would assume so! I got VI in December, PFO on 4 February, so if you never got the VI I don't see how you could be in the running now.
