    from my understanding, rolling basis means they will not give out TC's before the deadline. They will however progress people through to the next stage, but probably won't hold an AC till deadline has passed

    Submitted my app on the 25th I think and got the WGT test on the 28th. Submitted on the 3rd of Dec, waiting to hear back.
