Hmmm so Debevoise just emailed me saying that although they had confirmed my summer vac scheme spot, they were now going to have to put me on the April vac scheme. Except off of the back of their confirmation of the summer scheme, I accepted a two week spring vac scheme with a different firm...- whoknew

Ah okay I see! I know some firms do hire larger numbers from Spring/Winter schemes where the candidates tend to be slightly older. For instance, Hogan Lovells regularly offers 15 or above TCs to roughly 17 or so winter vac students each year. Other firms have similar rates for winter schemes.- whoknew

Side note, Ropes & Gray Grad Rec should get an award for efficiency. They got back to all candidates within 19 days post app. Got all ACs and all offers and post AC rejections out within 1 month of AC invites. I don't think any other firm has it down to a tee like that:D- whoknew
