I had misread the question, I thought we were talking about the number of TCs available! I would agree with you on the number of applicants at the AC. Many of the GLD paralegals I know were offered a paralegal role instead of a TC as they passed the benchmark but were not in the top bracket.- MLF

Hi @Jessica Booker, for video interviews I tend to practice with a timer and eventually learn my answers by heart. If the questions are the same as the ones I rehearsed I may sound a bit unnatural or not spontaneous, do you know if this is something that is taken into account when assessing VIs...- MLF
