I think you are overthinking this. I would recommend just addressing it to the partner and mirroring the salutations the partner uses in their instruction email. If notes make you feel more confident then I would suggest having your notes on a word doc (instead of referring to physical notes) and having both tabs open side to side. The SJT is quite reasonable. I would do the practice test beforehand to get a feel for the type of questions you should expect. RE the numerical reasoning, yes there are numerical reasoning questions. They aren’t particularly difficult, but I would suggest that you have a calculator at hand x- MillyWills
